We still haven't gotten any where with the bread, so I am going to set aside that goal for now. This week we are going to try raw veggies (the kids normally want everything cooked and squishy). Maybe some fun 'dips' will help - hummus, catchup, ranch, etc.
New "kid" foods:
- raw veggies - broccoli, carrots, etc.
Menu for this week:
- Monday -- Chicken Enchiladas, veggies
- Tuesday -- Pan-seared Salmon, asparagus
- Thursday -- Turkey Lasagna Rolls, broccoli
- Friday -- Homemade Pizza
- Saturday -- Tuna Noodle Casserole, broccoli
- Sunday -- Leftovers
Check out more menu plan's at Organizing Junkie.
Happy Monday!

I've noticed a lot of menu plans with salmon this week. Interesting. You menu looks great!
Thanks for stopping by my blog - the peppery cheese sauce is made with monterey jack cheese, jalapenos and black pepper and cayenne. I'll post the recipe and pictures after I make it.
Raw veggies are so good for kids! When my son was small (he's 20 now - and not so small!), he used to "help" me in the garden - nothing was easier than breaking off a hunk of broccoli or pulling a carrot and rinsing it with the hose for him to nibble. . .
