Last week was a perfect example of why I have learned to love meal planning. We didn't make everything on our plan, and we substituted in some different meals when we were really in the mood for something else, but the plan saved us tonight.
I was tired and grouchy (after struggling all day with bad headache) and the only reason we had anything to eat tonight was because I looked at the plan and knew I could quickly and easily make one of the dinners we skipped earlier in the week. Horrah for meal plans!

- Monday -- Turkey Burgers
- Tuesday -- Tuna Noodle Casserole
- Wednesday -- Baked Potato Bar
- Thursday -- Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry
- Friday -- Quesadillas
- Saturday -- Pasta Primavera
- Sunday -- Turkey Tacos
